“Brother Heinrich’s Christmas Story” was performed in Chapel before the Carol Service on December 17th

We were saddened by the death, in the autumn, of Jean Gale who would have been 100 at the beginning of February 2020

Philip Smith died in the early hours on December 11th, with his family beside him. His funeral is in the Chapel at 2pm on Thursday January 2nd. This photograph was taken on his 95th birthday in 2017.

At a special service on November 28th, we remembered by name the first Collegians who were here in the 17th Century together with those who were here during the 2nd World War and since 1970

The Friends made a presentation to Janet in gratitude for her efforts raising a lot of money for their funds as this was her last year organizing the Autumn Fayre


The Autumn Fayre on November 16th raised a record £875.65

c40 Collegians gathered at the Greyhound to thank Dave and Kennie for all that they have done for us.  Valerie made the farewell presentations (October 16th)

We said goodbye to Pam prior to her move to Durham (September 29th)

The Archdeacon licensed the Revd Jane Kustner on August 13th.  Jane introduces herself on the essentials/administration page.

For Janet’s first ‘Staycation’, Paul and Ruth led a day about Spain with a splendid Spanish lunch on July 3rd

Our new Chaplain Jane talks to our MP Bob Neill at the Friends’ Summer Fayre on June 22nd

Valerie makes a presentation to Fr Chris at his farewell party on April 30th

New Priest Collegian, Fr Bernard Fray, is welcomed at the College Eucharist on March 10th
